The Buy One Get One Free Book Fair is coming!
Hi, Grand Star Families, it’s Book Fair time! We’ll be open on Monday, April 13 and close on Friday, April 17. Great news! At the Spring Book Fair, every Grand Star kid will first be able to buy a book worth up to $10 + tax (this will be paid for by our Fall Scholastic profits).

If you’ve ever worried about sending money to school with your child, you can sign up for eWallet from March 23 - April 17. Any money not spent at the fair will stay with your child for future fairs or can be used for Scholastic Book Club purchases during the year. If you’ve used eWallet in the past and are wondering if you still have a balance, you should receive an email from Scholastic before the fair which will tell you how to transfer any balance to the new fair. No more bags of coins!

It is time to order your yearbook. They are $15.00. We prefer you to order online but understand that is not possible for everyone. You may send in cash marked for the yearbook or a check made out to Varsity Yearbook. Orders are due by April 5th. If you have any questions please let the office know.

It's McTeacher night TONIGHT from 4-8pm. Grand Star gets proceeds from food purchases, and staff will be in the lobby selling chocolate chip cookies 3 for $1!

Grand Star is attending Behavior Intervention Support Team (BIST) training this week. We're excited to have new ideas to bring back and start our 24-25 school year!
Sadly, the American Red Cross is canceling the Blood Drive scheduled today at Grand Star Elementary. They will work with our PTA to schedule at a later time. Thank you to those who were planning on participating.
Today is a full day with 3:25 dismissal. There are no more early release days this year. Come walk through the building tonight to look at our art and grab a treat on the playground from 6-7.
